Yes. ColdFire uses genuine Carbitex CX6 / Omniflex flexible carbon fiber. Not carbon fiber print or vinyl wrap. The same material used in aerospace and high-performance sports equipment.

The surface of the carbon fabric is a thin polymer film bonded over the weave, not a brittle lacquer, so it does not chip, and keys or coins do not leave the marks you see on anodised metal. Over years of carry it can pick up fine surface marks like any material, but it does not stretch, swell or lose shape. Two things shorten its life: permanent overloading beyond the stated card capacity, which works the fold past its limit, and long exposure to direct sun. Carry within capacity and keep it out of prolonged UV, and it stays structurally the same for the life of the 5-year guarantee.

No. Carbitex CX6 / OmniFlex is a flexible carbon laminate, not a rigid molded plate. The fabric is engineered to bend and return flat thousands of times without a fatigue line, which is the whole point of using it instead of carbon plates. Creasing is not a failure mode we see in normal carry within the stated capacity.

Wipe with a damp cloth; mild soap for marks; air-dry away from heat. The K-Leather interior can take a standard leather conditioner from time to time, as any leather. No solvents, aggressive cleaners or sprays on either surface, and avoid leaving the wallet in direct sunlight for long periods.

All three Flex models share the same front pocket form factor, the same exterior materials and a quick-access outside pocket. The difference is interior architecture.
